Ocelot TOAKS are specific windscreens designed for mugs 95 mm diameter and less (TOAKS 550/650/750).

 

    The Ocelot 4.2 was designed to accommodate the Pocket Rocket Deluxe / Snow Peak Trek 700 mug. This combination represents some of the larger solo backpacking cooking systems. We designed the windscreen to support this size while being able to nest in a much smaller mug like the TOAKS 750 ml mug.

Description

The Ocelot 4.2  – is a windscreen system specifically designed for mugs up to 4.2″ in diameter (Like the Snow Peak Trek 700).  All components will nest entirely within your mug.  For mugs less than 95 mm in diameter, the burner plate would need to be stored externally.

All windscreens are made for 301/304 Stainless Steel and weigh between 30 g and 35 g; the exception being the Ocelot 4.2 for the Fire Maple Hornet II which weighs 19 g.

Wind Robustness is heavily dependent upon the stove and windscreen design.  Examples are shown for the Pocket Rocket Deluxe as well as the BRS 3000t.
