Description
The Fire Maple Polaris and GreenPeak stoves fit perfectly into the Fire Maple Petrel HX mugs. In calm conditions they work great, however above a few mph winds, performance drops off significantly. The Cheetah windscreen solves that problem by reducing the wind impinging on the HX fins and by eliminating the updraft vortices that can disrupt the flame profile. The windscreen significantly improves fuel economy in high winds. This windscreen is compatible with both teh G2 & G3 mugs.
